Do you accept medical insurance?
No. We do not bill insurance. We are considered out of network with all insurance carriers. Insurance companies frequently do not cover the latest trends in the fields of functional and preventive medicine. However, our office will provide you an itemized invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
What can be billed to my insurance?
Certain tests either done at the office or ordered by physicians can be billed to your insurance for payment.
Do you require payment at the time of the visit?
Yes. For your convenience, we accept cash or credit cards. We will keep credit card information on file. A $75.00 fee will be charged to your credit card 48 hrs prior to your appointment time and will be applied towards your visit fee. Any missed appointment will incur a forfeiture of your $75.00 fee.
